Course Description
This course aims to equip the participant with the knowledge of a wide variety of techniques aimed at helping people undergo changes in their working lives. It will help develop the skills and knowledge required to promote the use and implementation of innovative work practices to effect change and manage changes so there is minimal work place disruption.
